Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after they are received.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer flat-rate or free shipping for orders over $30. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Freshness Guarantee
- All coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. We aim to ship coffee within 24 hours of roasting.
- To maintain quality, we recommend consuming your coffee within 2-4 weeks of receipt.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bscoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will make it right.
