It all started with wedding favors. (Yeah, really.) In 2024, we decided to roast our own coffee as gifts, and people went nuts for it. Ryan’s been geeking out over roasting since 2018, and Nicole’s the queen of keeping things real. Together, we launched BS Coffee Roasters to share our obsession with Orange County coffee lovers who crave the good stuff.

So here we are—roasting small batches with big flavor, keeping it honest, and making sure you never settle for mediocre coffee again.
