As 2025 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on where we’ve been and where we’re going.
This year marked the launch of BS Coffee Roasters — something we built with a clear purpose from the start: roast great coffee, keep it honest, and make it accessible without compromising quality.
Where We’ve Been
Launching BS Coffee Roasters meant committing to doing things the right way from day one.
We’ve spent this year roasting small batch, roast-to-order coffee — every single time. Not because it’s trendy, but because it’s how coffee stays fresh and flavorful. As a local coffee roaster, we’ve focused on putting the coffee first, using quality ingredients and maintaining clean, intentional roasting processes.
Along the way, every order placed, every message sent, and every cup brewed at home reinforced why we started. There’s something powerful about knowing the coffee we roast becomes part of someone’s daily routine.
What We’re Working Toward
Looking ahead, our direction is clear.
We’re focused on making specialty grade coffee more accessible and affordable, without cutting corners or inflating prices. Freshness and consistency will continue to guide everything we do, from sourcing to roasting to how coffee arrives at your door.
We’re also putting greater emphasis on sustainability — improving our environmental impact and making better choices as we grow. That includes refining processes, reducing waste, and being more thoughtful about how we operate.
Education will remain a big part of our future too. We want to share more about coffee — how it’s grown, roasted, and brewed — without the pretension that often surrounds specialty coffee.
Along the way, there will be new coffees, improved processes, and constant refinement of our roasts. The goal is simple: keep getting better.
Staying Grounded

We’re not trying to overcomplicate things.
We’re building something steady, intentional, and real.
That means keeping things simple, staying honest, and always coming back to the same idea we started with: no fluff, just good coffee.
